FACE GESTURES:

Posted by David Thursday, December 17, 2009

The face gestures are nothing but the facial expressions that we display every now and then.
The types of face gestures are,

1. Fear
2. Anger
3. Surprise
4. Disgust
5. Happiness
6. Sadness
7. Telling a lie
8. Fear or Frustration
9. Winning face

Fear is the first enemy for all ages of men whether small or big or youth or old. Usually the facial expression when there is fear is – raised and drawn together eye brows, short horizontal or vertical forehead wrinkles, eyes opened, tension in lower lids. Mouth may or may not be open. So to overcome fear the only way is meditation.
Anger is a sign of weakness that is to accept an unfavorable thing. Brows are pulled down. Upper eyelids are lowered; lower eyelids are tensed and raised.
Surprise is nothing but wondering a thing or an incidence and it is the feeling of wonder caused by some unexpected event. Raised curved eyebrows, long horizontal forehead wrinkles, wide open eyes, dropped open mouth, lips parted with no stretch or tension.
Disgust is strong feeling or dislike caused by something that is unpleasant. Brows are drawn down but not together, wrinkles on bridge of nose- lower eyelids pushed up and rose, but not tensed. One can easily recognize a person in anger, disgust or fear.
