We need not go for any exercise if we adhere to walking. But today in this modern world people use vehicles and they have replaced walking. Even cycles are not much used as before. Walking is the best exercise than any other. Nobody wants you to walk one hundred miles and reach the other place. Nobody is interested even for a bit of walk. Walking in the car has become common. If the doctor prescribes walking or home exercise then they scratch their head. Zero physical activity results in obesity. Many people are giving exercise to brain than the body.
Remember limited muscle activity makes the muscles less solid but more fatty. Then the physical exercises are needed to remove the fat.
