The secret of good health is to have a good idea of the balanced diet required by the human body. we always derive maximum benefit from the food we eat. • Food combination

People consume excess fatty and oily foods than what is normally required by the body. Through the consumption of fat in cream, butter, fried stuff and unwholesome dainties like puddings, pears and cakes you will naturally exceed the normal body’s requirement of fats and oils. Te roll of fat in obese persons is the result of faulty, metabolism caused by daily intake of excessive quantity of starchy, Sugar proteins as well as fatty, oily, food stuffs.
